RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You can cancel any order for non-personalized products without cost and without having to offer any reason, as long as it has not yet been sent. We begin to process orders placed in our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, first check the status of the order in the "Order Status" link in the footer of the Website.
If the status of your order is "in process" or "on hold" you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service center, via the email email@example.com. Our customer service agents will request the cancellation of your order to our warehouse. If they can do this they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free. If the cancellation is not possible, the product or products will be sent to you and can be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
RETURN OF ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You will have the right to return the products that have been delivered to you in case they are defective or that do not conform to your order when you receive them. You can do this within 15 days after finding the defect. This will not affect your legal rights. If your claim is justified, you will be reimbursed the purchase price and shipping costs.
